RETURNS
Please contact us first at customer@alcucla.com to notify us.
RETURNS ARE ALLOWED WITHIN 14 DAYS UPON DELIVERY. RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED IF THE PRODUCT IS UNWORN, UNWASHED, AND IF THE SEALED LINK AND TAGS ARE STILL ATTACHED TO THE PRODUCT.
ALCUCLA is not responsible for the shipping costs of your return or exchange item/s.
*Please note that the product must be returned unused, with sanitary stickers (applicable to all bottoms) and in original ALCUCLA packaging including all tags. Refunds will not be excepted without the sanitary stickers still intact and unless the garment is unworn and in the same condition as when it was dispatched. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.

EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange an item, for another size or colour, you may do this subject to availability of other sizes and colours. You should follow the return instructions and return the item accordingly and re-order the new style separately.
EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
