The product processing time depends on the time frame of the printing, the quality check, and the packaging. Alcucla delivers the products as soon as possible after receiving the order. Delivery takes from 2 to 3 working days, but it can take up to 10 working days during high seasons. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, national holidays, etc. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.
Customers cannot cancel orders after they have been confirmed through our website.
ALCUCLA is responsible for customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

DHL ODD (On-Demand Delivery) will notify you by email or SMS about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time. When this doesn’t fit your schedule, you can customize your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where, and when the delivery takes place at the time and location that suits you best.

The shipping cost in Europe method via DHL Express is always 14€ and via DHL Economy 9€. When the total price of the order exceeds 100€, shipping costs are free of charge for standard delivery via DHL Economy, excluding delivery via DHL Express.
*If the total price of the Products ordered at the time of the order exceeds 100€, and the Customer wants to return part of the order in such a way that the remaining value of the order is below 100€, then shipping and return costs are deducted from the reimbursement paid to the Customer.
